Check currencies, totals and payment amounts
Distinguish document currency, dashboard filters and conversion estimates before quoting or invoicing.
Start with the customer’s agreed currency
Confirm the currency with your customer before issuing a quotation. Check the currency code as well as the symbol: a dollar sign alone can represent more than one currency. Free supports USD; paid plans support multiple currencies.
Understand the Currency page
Choose Currency in the sidebar. Display Currency and Dashboard Filter are separate controls. Review the selected mode before making a change, and check the result in the relevant view. A dashboard display choice should not be treated as changing the agreed currency of an existing document.
Use the converter as a reference
Scale includes the Converter with From, To, amount and swap controls. Review the rate and result available at the time. A conversion estimate is not a guaranteed bank rate or a promise of the amount your business will receive. Banks, payment providers, fees and timing can affect settlement.
Check the complete calculation
Before sharing a quotation or invoice, review the unit price, quantity, discount, tax, currency and total. Confirm the billing stage when invoicing a deposit or balance. Make sure the written payment instructions refer to the intended currency and receiving account.
Investigate a difference before changing records
Compare the document with the dashboard view, currency selection and period. Check the original quotation and other invoices for the same work. If an amount still appears wrong, send support the reference, selected currency, expected result and visible error without exposing bank credentials.
