HELP / TEAM & BILLING
Read your dashboard and team activity
Use Personal and Team views, performance periods and the workspace leaderboard to review the right work.
Start with the scope of the view
Open Dashboard and confirm the workspace name in the sidebar. Personal and Team change the view of the work available to you. Check this before comparing totals with a colleague: different views, permissions or time periods can produce different results.
Read the four summary cards
The dashboard summarizes quotations, deals won, revenue and payments. Treat each as a different stage of the commercial workflow.
| Card | Useful question |
|---|---|
| Total Quotations | What value of work have we quoted? |
| Deals Won | Which opportunities have been marked as won? |
| Total Revenue | What invoiced work is reflected in the dashboard? |
| Total Payments | Which invoices have been recorded as collected? |
These are operational records, not a bank statement or a substitute for your accounting records. A quotation is not income, and a recorded payment should be checked against actual receipt.
Compare like-for-like periods
Performance includes Pipeline and Revenue views, a financial-year selector and 7D, 30D and 12M controls. Keep the period and view consistent when comparing results. Check the underlying quotations and invoices if a figure looks unexpected. Pipeline here describes the performance chart, not a separate board.
Check currency and displayed amountsUse Team Activity to find the next action
The activity feed helps show document and communication events. Use See all activity for more context. Look for work that needs attention: a customer response, a published quote that needs follow-up, or an invoice awaiting your payment check. An automated open or link visit should not be treated as a buying decision.
Review the leaderboard in Workspace
Open your workspace from the sidebar and find Top Performers. Use Days, Month or All Time to compare the intended period; Show Ranks reveals more of the team where available. Discuss results alongside the work involved rather than using one ranking as a complete assessment of a colleague.
Paid plans include team activity. Pro and Scale include performance and revenue analytics, the client engagement timeline and the sales leaderboard.
Run a useful weekly review
Choose one period, identify the work that needs attention, and assign a clear next step.
- Check outstanding quotes and the questions delaying a decision.
- Confirm which invoices require a payment follow-up.
- Review team activity for duplicated outreach or an unowned next step.
- Agree who will act, what they will do and when to check back.
