HELP / WORKSPACE BASICS
Prepare products, prices and inventory
Build a reusable catalog, check stock information and keep quotation line items clear for customers.
Open Products and find the right record
Choose Products in the sidebar. Use Search products and the All, Personal or Team view as appropriate. The list shows Product, Description, Stock Level and Price. Check existing entries before using Add Product.
Describe what the customer is buying
Use a recognizable name, a specific description and the correct price and currency. For a service, describe the deliverable or scope so it can be understood in a quote. Avoid entering private supplier notes in a description that may be used on customer documents.

Review inventory before making a commitment
Choose Inventory to review the stock tools available in your workspace. Confirm stock information against your actual inventory and any already-promised orders. A number shown in the product list is not, by itself, a guarantee of availability or delivery time. Do not assume Moonbreak reserves stock or reorders it automatically.
Check the catalog item again in the quote
When you add line items to a quotation, check quantity, unit price, discounts, tax and the final total for that particular agreement. Review the output after any change. A catalog update should not be assumed to change a previously issued quote or invoice.
Keep the catalog maintainable
Agree names and units with your team. Review obsolete entries and prices before they are reused. Check references before removing a product that has been used in earlier documents. Products are unlimited on all plans; the contact and company allowances are separate.
