HELP / WORKSPACE BASICS
Set up branding and white-label links
Use a consistent business identity and understand the corporate.systems link format.
Prepare a legible logo
Use a high-quality business logo with enough contrast for the document background. Avoid a file with excessive empty space, a blurred screenshot or small text that becomes unreadable. Preview the result on both the document and email before sharing with a client.
Review your business details
Select the workspace name in the sidebar, then Workspace settings. Review Company Name, Email, Phone, Website, Address and Company Profile, and use Upload for the logo. Save Changes when ready. Your personal Profile is separate from this business identity. Check the final document and email preview after a branding change.
Review quotation and invoice templates separately
Expand Quotation → Templates for quote layout controls, and Invoicing → Templates for invoice layout controls. Inspect both: a quotation needs clear acceptance and validity terms, while an invoice needs a clear amount due and payment instructions. Do not assume editing a template retroactively updates every document.
Prepare reusable document templatesUnderstand the white-label address
Scale supports a workspace-specific prefix on corporate.systems for public document links. The prefix presents your business identity while the suffix remains corporate.systems.
Address format
A branded corporate.systems prefix is different from connecting a domain that you own. Do not create DNS records for an arbitrary custom domain based on this guide.
Set and review the public-link prefix
Find White-label link in Workspace settings. It is a Scale feature; other plans may show an upgrade option instead of an editable field. When available, enter your business prefix and review the proposed address before confirming it. If you change an existing prefix, check previously shared links and contact support if their behavior is unclear.
Test the complete client experience
Open a published document in a separate browser window and check the address, company identity and page contents. Review the email that introduces it as well. Your customer should recognize the business and understand the next action without guessing.
- Correct workspace prefix in the public URL.
- Readable logo and accurate business contact information.
- Right customer, amounts and terms.
- A useful introduction in the accompanying email.
