THE WORKSPACE / E-SIGNATURES
Keep the signature with the agreement.
Let clients review and sign your quotation in one place. Keep acceptance connected to the scope, prices and terms, so everyone has a clearer starting point for the work.

Make acceptance part of the quotation
When a client is ready to proceed, the acceptance step should be easy to find. Moonbreak places the signature with the quotation, alongside the work and terms being accepted.
This helps keep the conversation connected: the customer reviews the offer and records acceptance in the same document experience. You can then prepare the next step, including an invoice for the agreed work.
Prepare the document before requesting a signature
A signature does not fix an unclear proposal. Check the details that the customer is being asked to accept.
- Confirm the recipient and the person authorized to accept the quotation.
- Check descriptions, quantities, amounts and currency.
- Make payment, delivery and other commercial terms easy to find.
- Resolve outstanding questions before requesting acceptance.
Choose an allowance that matches your work
Growth includes 15 e-signatures per month, Pro includes 30 e-signatures per month, Scale includes 60 e-signatures per month. Additional e-signatures cost $0.90 each on paid plans.
Included e-signatures and signer limits are per plan. Additional e-signatures are available on paid plans; Free does not include e-signatures.
Compare e-signature allowancesAgree the next step after acceptance
Review the signed quotation and confirm the delivery, start date or payment arrangement with your customer. Keep any subsequent scope changes clear rather than assuming the previous acceptance covers different work.
Electronic signature requirements can vary by location, document and transaction. Make sure this signing method is appropriate for your agreement; the product page does not promise that every document is enforceable in every jurisdiction.
